It's the latest hollywood fad , check into rehab as an excuse for anything
stupid/bad you've done. haven't done anything stupid or bad , well go out and do something stupid or bad so you can check into rehab, looks good on hollywood resume. also works for politicians.

Well, I have talked about this in my past few Friday Files. Mel Gibson, Michael Richards, Tara Conner (Miss USA), Lindsey Lohan, Isaiah Washington, Gavin Newsom (Mayor of SF), and now Britney, again, all on the rehab bandwagon.
