I don't know what it is. My usual references didn't help ID it. Interesting design features, though.
Take a look at the front edge of the hood. Looks like the surfaces are plastic. The bumpers are incongruent. They don't appear to be chrome, and the rear bumper is waiting to pick up pedestrians. Does the roof have a lift-out section? Not sure what the front emblem is with the wings. The hood ornament doesn't fit. Looks just like it is lifted off a Studebaker, or Frazer, could be either. Maybe it is a mod? The chrome spears from the headlights, and the tail lights, are interesting. Wheels are small, with trim rings. That looks much later than the flat front window suggests. So, what is it?
