starter- salad, bleu cheese Tbone steak, medium, very tender garlic mashed creamed spinach horseradish on the side a nice bottle of Jordan cab

New York Strip steak (done medium rare) + steak sauce, plus garlic mashed potatoes. Not a complete ideal meal, but its a good combo.
Unrelated to the above, I also really like Yellowtail sushi
