Life is good again. My caffeine level has returned to normal. As a matter of fact, I just returned from an unexpected 11:30 dunkin donuts run. It's usually 830 and 2...I may hit three runs today.

BTW - I got up at 4 this morning

I haven't had to try it yet. I've been sleeping right through which is good, I'm just an early bird. It's amazing what a week at the beach can do to suck the stress out of my body.

Well I guess if you want to be the milk man. Or you might sleep past 4:00am with it.
