Our Powershot SD 600 arrived today
 Not a bad deal. Anybody got any good tips ideas and shortcuts using it? Also where i can get a nice case for it? Yep i will be reading all the manuals ( Read some already)

Congrats, we got a new SD 750 delivered yesterday too (from that scrupulous buy.com). Great deal at $295.95 with no tax and free shipping.
Can't help you with the tips or on getting a case though. The camera is for my daughter and she just keeps it in her purse.

Kata c-52 fits the camera perfectly, with an extra battery and extra memory card and it comes with a water-resistant cover that you can put over the top of it.
I have 3 Kata equipment bags (2 napsacks and the c-52 for my 700is) there is no better case imho. B&H has them. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont...goryNavigation carry on.

I saw this at FRY's today bundled with a battery for $64.00. Yeah right. I don't think so.
 I did get a pouch at wolf camera but i like the pictured one instead so i may try your suggestion and go to Best Buy. I tried the included SD card and it was worthless so i went to Costco and got a 2gb card now all i need is an extra battery. Amazon has Canon Batt's for $40.00 which is about the same as the generic brands. So I'm looking forward to seeing how the pictures turn out. It's funny but compared to the new camera the old camera's screen looks like a postage stamp.
