I would ban Nascar and buy myself an F1 car. Just for kicks ya know.
 Set much higher drivers' license tests and standards and procedures. Then eliminate speed limits on appropriate stretches of the highway. The rest of my actions would probably be so politically incorrect I won't mention them here.
