Nobody drives her but me and I didn't do it. I'm a nut, I would have noticed this before I changed the wheels in January.

I have an appt next Thursday, the repair guys will be at the dealer. Next question, will I be OK driving with the check brake lining warning light that long? 14 miles one way to work. figure 300 miles till service appt? SA says light comes on at 10% brakes..

What you need to remember is not all 4 wheels have the brake pad warning sensors. Only one in the front and one in the rear do. So it's possible that at least one of your pads is even lower then the one that triggered the warning. You'll probably be ok, but get them changed as quick as you can and try to keep any heavy braking to a minimum.

I have seen you always park away from the crowd and away from curb. You treat your baby special. That damage is disturbing.

My X3 has curb rash that's more severe than that, and I'm not sweatin it. Then again, I don't have beautiful rims like those.

Lol for a second, I thought this thread was going to be about actual shoes.

You're lucky you're on the PW line of the LIRR. I'm on the Oyster Bay line, which sucks a$$ ...

Anyway, sorry for the hijack, L!!
