If they are going to give tickets for 1 mph over then state will loose. Depending on location where speeding, a ticket less than 5 MPH over, in most costs more in paperwork than the money it brings back. That seems to be postings by some cops who are just talking without thinking.
Also Corzine will get hit more than the cops, from the people of NJ. There may not be another term for him.
