FCC approves the iPhone

Looks to still be on track for release in late June. Is this going to be a game-changing phone in the wireless industry? Too early to tell, but it certainly has the "buzz".

Actually, I think you may have to get them at an AT&T Mobility (formerly Cingular Wireless) store, as they are the distributor of this device. I'm not sure if Apple stores will be selling them as well or not.

Apple has already stated that you can go to either an Apple store or an AT&T/Cingular store to buy one...

And, much as I LOVE everything Apple, I won't get one just yet. Not until it's 3G-compatible, which it won't be at first.

I'd feel the same way, except there is no 3g where I live anyway, so it makes no difference. I'm sure by the time there is 3g where I live, there will be a new iPhone with 3g.

I don't think it syncs with outlook for those who are PC users. I may be wrong. That may be a drawback but looks interesting.

I am sure it doesn't. That would be a problem for me, but I want one.
No thumb-keyboard, or stylus... I have to actually try to type it in before I buy one.

Built on OS-X(stripped down version of), that is pretty cool.
