San Diego Hot Spots

What's Up gang....I need some info on the different jazz venues in the San Diego area. I'm willing to drive as far north as Carlsbad or Escondido. I know Humprey's was hot when I lived there, but that was 14 years ago. My guess would be the Gas Lamp Quarter or the Roscrans area. Any suggestions would be appreciated........TIA.........Phil

There is a new place opening in Little Italy http://www.anthologysd.com/ which is a Jazz supperclub. Looks interesting.
