wait. did we just violate her right to a constitutional utopian right to a trial to clear her name? maybe she walked by the police cruiser and thought she saw a TV on, or maybe a camera, that gave her an audience and the utopian right to transmit light waves of her behavior across the police tape since its her right to be radiant in her own likeness and existence. or maybe not.
