My attempt at an Apple Store Chat
I found out that you can now chat with Apple experts via the Online Apple Store for free. They are always really helpful and knowledgable. So, tonight, this is my conversation between me and "Darrell", shown exactly how it was: (*3rd line)

sure...there should be an icon in the blue bar...if not, wait a few seconds, and if not then, refresh and wait a few more.

just chatted with another apple expert, ("Grace") and found out they are in Elk Grove, California, a suburb of Sacramento, so they aren't even at Apple's HQ. (but close). She said all the people you chat with are located there.

I just tried it... very cool! Thanks for sharing. I didn't get the answer I wanted though. I asked how to delete photos from the iphoto trash and they sent me a link to iphoto support.

Yeah, I asked a iLife question, they said they are only trained to specialize in the apple store itself and in product specs and options...oh well....

They released the "beta" version to developers etc...for testing/debugging only.
