Whistle Just heard the Space Shuttle sonic boom!!
Kewl, we all heard that the Space Shuttle Atlantis was going to land in the Mojave Desert at 12:49 pm PDT. Around 12:45pm, I heard the "BOOM-BOOM" inside my office as the Space Shuttle broke the sound barrier!!

That was KEWL....though a few people thought it was the beginning of an earthquake...

Okay, the Space Shuttle already landed in CA.

It will cost $1.7 million to fly the shuttle back from CA to Florida.

I used to live in Orlando. Shortly after we moved there, early one Sunday morning, BOOM BOOM! I had forgotten the shuttle was landing. I thought someone was knocking my front door down or something!
