Wow, Here in NY (Staten Island) a house like that in a GOOD area will run about 850-1mil.
 I just paid $600k for a town home...

Our single family home is up for $715k. Not huge or terribly new, but that's the Montgomery County market for ya.

That's a great price at $162 sq.ft. Certainly the exception. In my hood, the homes are going from over $207 sq.ft. My assumption is that there is something about this home that is pulling the price down i.e. backs up to a major road, scorpion infestation etc... BTW, I also live in the Ocotillo area of Chandler
 .
