Been here since 3/5/05 and just a couple hundred of us back then occupying these pages. Now almost 13,000 members strong and still the undisputed best damn forum on the internet.

I've made some great friends from X5World and picked up a sometimes expensive and time consuming hobby (adding mods to the X5), but it's been great! I've slapped in the chrome gauge rings, added aluminum pedals, xenonmatch fawgs, upgraded my Nav software probably 5 times, got me some clear turn signal bulbs and refitted my 4:3 Nav screen with a 16:9 version and traded my MkIII Nav unit for an MkIV all thanks to the good folks here at X5World.

I've hung out with you guys here at my place, in the Baltimore Inner Harbor, in Charlotte, NC, Tega Cay, SC, Old Town Alexandria, DC and Clearwater, FL.

After hosting almost 20 X's (wasn't it 18 X5's and one X3?) and their human counterparts back in May of 2006 for the DC Meet, I can truly quote motordavid and say "this group is firz clazz 'n' titz!"! I still use the Porter Cable you guys & girls got me as a gift about every other week to shine the whips.
