Either way this south-of-the-border favorite is a cocktail catastrophe for calorie counters. 10 Long Island Iced Tea: If your philosophy is the clearer the cocktail, the fewer the calories ... think again! Yeah but on the other hand, If you drink every single one of those drinks, chances are you will get sick from all the alcohol mixing and sugar.. You will then proceed to throw up all over the place.. Which equals zero calories !!
