FAST BOAT!!
Jet boats are the big thing where I live, we run on rivers, many of them shallow. A typical jet boat can go through 3-6 inches of water (or less) when on step.
However, this is jetboating to the extreme: http://www.racerxsprint.com/theboat.html 950 hp, 480ci, methonal-injected, 0-85mph in less than two seconds, 8 g in the corners. On the water!! I want one!!

Those guys are fookin' nuts. I have watched them many times. I can't believe how they make those 90 degree turns on a dime at that speed.

The acceleration in these things is amazing.... a few years ago on a Contiki tour in New Zealand I found a place where they take you out on a course and just cane the daylights out of the thing.
I was strapped in and had to hold on for dear life as we blasted around impossibly late turns. VERY, VERY Cool....

I saw Jeremy Clarkson do a show on them a few years back when he left TG for some other show I think they called extreme machines ... something. Those boats scared the hell out of him.
