Guess which SUV got a 9.4 rating and is the most wanted SUV

One reviewer suggested these improvements:

Wiper controls are poorly placed. Better fuel mileage. And a place to sit outside the car. Like a small sliding step. The bumpers are too small to sit on so must lean against the car when resting. And the hood is too high to sit on. But that is very minor.

Since the intro of the Aura imo, GM has been on a tremendously positive roll, with Saturn leading the charge. That brand is really different from the other ones in the company. I also think that GM is really starting to open a gap between itself and the other two.

I guess it's important that one be able to sit on the hood though. Something no one should do with an e70.

I don't think the E70 hood could take that abuse.

I finally saw an Acadia on the road yesterday, GMC has a winner on its hands that's for sure.....

I'm still looking at the new Tahoe Hybrid... by the time my current lease is up it will have been out for at least a year, should be great timing.

9.4 Rating means nothing. That's the consumer rating. not the editors rating.
This car has a 9.4 rating, but its from more than twice the number of reviews, and it also got one more award. And maybe the drivers are smart enough to sit inside the car.

Personally, I would rather take a Mazda CX-9.

I can't speak to the hybrid part, but I LOVE my Tahoe. Very glad I bought it...

We test drove the Acadia...very impressive. The deal breaker for my wife was the rear DVD screen, when its in the down position it totally blocks the rear view mirror...oops!

The Hybrid will be out later this year early next year. It's a joint effort between GM/BMW/DCMB.... 25% increase in fuel efficiency supposedly. GM has been using the technology in their buses for years, so I'm hoping that it will be solid right out of the gate. I miss my EDIT '99 Tahoe, I never should have gotten rid of it.
