A nobody sues Imus for damage to her unknown persona. Not defending Don Imus but she is a  What ever happened to "no harm, no foul"? She never had a reputation, good or bad, to be defamed. If anything, the whole incident put her sorry a$$ in the spotlight and got her on Oprah.
