How many weeks of vacation time do you get per year from your job?

I'm the boss, so technically I get as many as I want, but usually I don't take any.

4 weeks vacation, 4 weeks conference time, so, if I go to a conference in Hawaii, for example, that can sorta count as "vacation."

I currently get 17 vacation days, 10 paid holidays, and 14 sick days. I can also "purchase" an additional 5 vacation days, which I do every year.

Next year, I will hit my 8th year anniversary with the company; therefore, I will have 20 vacation days given to me (and then I will purchase the additional 5). Oh...and the sick time and holidays on top of that!

As a business owner, this would be exactly my response. I accrue at 4 weeks, but usually get to take it all.

I guess it's true when they say "bankers hours" same holds true for "bankers vacation time"

LOL Banker's Hours don't exist any more. My bank is open 7 days a week.
