I will not buy a refurbished one from Dell. Go to a local computer store and pick one. In case you have issues you can always take back.

Did you try showing some WWW material to your computer, that should get it turned on.

this is a hilarious thread. This person is leaning towards this and that person is leaning towards that. It's really simple. Call Dell, they ship you a box. Overnight it over. Dell looks at it calls you and if you authorize, they fix it, ship it back to you for their standard fee, and you have all the Pr0n back. Simple as Pi. All ths guessing is just stupid.

It's all based on Dell-hating.

Removing the Power Supply isn't the easiest thing in the world! While searching the web for how to remove, almost every article I found said not to do this on a Dell computer.

Nope. Haven't done a thing.

I was going to take it out and take it to the store with me. I looked at the back of the computer and it looks like I have to take the entire thing apart to get the power supply out.

as long as it's not plugged in, just get your screwdriver out and replace the power supply, it's not that bad.

I have a screwdriver with 7 heads on it (no comments from the peanut gallery!) and none of them will work. I need those star screwdriver thingies.
