2007 BMW X5/X3 were not tested.

One would think the marketing "geniuses" that hump
all the BMW BS would have made certain that the
NHTSA got their hands on an '07 X3 and, esp. the
new model E70 X5 to participate in the testing.

NEway, pretty good list and most make it; maybe a more
informative story in the days to come, beyond this AP

Rollover ratings for newly tested 2007 sport utility vehicles, according to
the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration:
Vehicles earning four stars (No SUV has earned the top rating of five stars):
Infiniti FX35 4X4 and 4X2 versions.
Mazda CX-7 4X4 and 4X2 versions.
Ford Edge 4X4 and 4X2 versions.
Ford Explorer Sport Trac 4X4 and 4X2 versions.
Hyundai Santa Fe 4X4 and 4X2 versions.
Hyundai Veracruz 4X4 and 4X2 versions.
Jeep Compass 4X4 and 4X2 versions.
