Disabled X5 4.6 in Charlotte

I was out at Concord Mills having dinner on Friday night, and there was 4.6 parked near the front door of the restaurant, with a spare on the right rear, and a jack, with no wheel, on the right front.

Don't know if this guy is on this board, but I'd like to hear the story behind that one. Didn't have my camera, or I would've grabbed a snap.

I've seen that kind of thing before, either they damage 2 tires on one object, like a bit of shipping pallet with nails still in it (happend to a friend once) or they just can't be bothered getting their first flat fixed and keep driving on the spare untill they get another flat! (lots of brake dust on the spare is a good indication, I've seen it on too many X5's )
