I have seen commercials for this, I haven't done a lot of research into it but it looks too good to be true, at least what they advertise on TV

I've seen them too. What I think they leave out is how complex it might be and all the laws (that vary by state) that you need to understand. I do believe it's real though - you just need to know how to do it. I'm just getting started with my research now so I'd thought I'd ask here too given the gazillions of well informed members we have...
