Why shouldn't they be allowed to use US roads? I mean, Spanish is already an official language here, pesos are used in many cities, we eat their food, we buy their cars.

US truckers pay a heavy DMV tax for road use each year... much more than non commercial drivers. Heavy trucks are hard on roads. Will the Mexican truck drivers pay this fee?
