Foreclosure help is coming
Countrywide said it is hiring as part of its foreclosure prevention efforts, and the new jobs are in India -- yes, India, not Indiana: From the company's presentation today in San Francisco: "Increased staffing levels in India for home retention and loss mitigation efforts, shifting additional costs to an area with lower labor expense."

No dis to the country or the citizens of India, but can you imagine
talking through your "probably upside down/nearly foreclosed/I wanna save my house/help/mortgage mitigation" situ with the CW "phone power rep" in India?  Ever try calling the Dell or Symantec or GE broken refrig. "help line"?!  ... Good fookin luck on getting your mort. case helped/resolved... I was thinking of buying some CW stock when the crap hit the fan a few weeks ago. If I had ballz, I'd short the sumbitch. GL,mD
