These poor countries should tell both the US and Russia to take a hike, and should keep the oil for theselves. Although if they did that, they would most likely be on the receiving end of our next invasion.

Would you be pissed if you lived in a country that was rich in resources, but your government allowed foreign corporations to take all the resources while the majority of the people in your country were dirt poor?

Oh and watch them get a lot poorer, they aren't buying their own oil

Not to mention the reason they need outside companies is because they lack the infrastructure to do it themselves....good economics plan..let's be dumb as dirt, put all our faith in a God and hope he saves us meanwhile we will sell our collective souls to leaders that export all the wealth leaving 90% of our lands impoverished. Wonderful. And the whole time we can blame 'westernized' countries for our problems.

BTW: if we start relying on Hydrogen for power....none of this would matter at all to the United States
