Why would you base your immigration policy around the US
 welcome the Blue Card, to go along with the Green one.

Considering the proximity of nations in the EU I would have thought they would have an exceptionally well established immigration policy in hand. We are over here with two border countries and can't pull our head out of our collective @ss
