Off-Road Accident

so here's the story ..
on thursday , after my last class in uni i decided to go off roading with a few friends (5 guys including me ) .. so i went home switched cars and got this 4x4 Nissan Patrol '98 and picked up my buddies ..

we were off-roading really hard (i was driving) and only guy (passenger seat) was wearing the seat belt .. we were making some moves and all that when suddenly i didnt see the ditch infront of me , i tried swerving around but the car just lost control and rolled over 2 times ..
the car landed on the side of the driver and we managed to get out from the front passener window ..
there was oil and petrol everywhere and i didnt have the time to turn off the engine .. we were all in shock ..
but i managed to crawl back in and turn it off ..
everyone was okay thanks to God .. i only left with a tiny scratch despite the windshield shattering and the passenger windown shattering as well ..
one of my friends is having minor back pains but that shouldnt be something serious ..

some beduions came to the rescue and got the car back on 4 wheels , the engine was still running fine but they recommended us not to drive it because the "fan" was hitting something inside and was making a weird noise ..
after about an hour (i had to get the nearest petrol station to meet the cops) .. i guided the cops to the accident site and he asked me to explain what happened .. he asked me if i was the only one on board and i said yes .. because if i told him that i wasnt the only one then i wouldve went to jail and stayed there for not less than 3 or 4 days ..
thats about it .. i took the report and called the tow truck to come and pick it up ..

in the first pic .. i am the guy standing with the white dress ..
the photos arent clear because it was taken by a camera phone ..

that wont be a problem ..
we dont have to fix it if we dont want to .. its not a proper car to start with but i do hope it wont be that expensive because it wont be worth fixing it for a '98 model ..

cmyX6go will become famous soon enough
Now why would you have gone to jail? Are you not allowed to have passengers when you first get your license?

Hey, does anyone know if there's some way that you can ignore all posts from certain users?
