German cars 'least green in EU' (except BMW)

Transport and Environment (T&E) says an average new German car produced more CO2 per kilometre in 2006 than in 2005.
Among big German manufacturing groups, only BMW made progress, it says.

That's BS. I thought American cars were the ones that produced CO2 emissions in huge lumps.

Cadillac has a few models there, Chrysler has its 300C (available with the Hemi), Crossfire, Sebring, and Town & Country (sold as the Voyager), Dodge has its terrible stuff there too.
