if we're going to screen people for trying to sell portable GPS', we should REALLY screen people for trying to sell/buy Xenon/HID headlight assemblies with broken tabs...

Perhaps screen was a bad word choice. More like keep on the look out for rip off artist trying to sell stolen goods. Which i agree should include "people for trying to sell/buy Xenon/HID headlight assemblies with broken tabs..."
