I suspect that they are not approved devices by the Federal Highway Administration, and until they are, we will not see them used here.
Also, new rpm's (raised pavement markers) with good reflectivity look just like that, like the road is illuminated, under headlight reflection. I wouldn't expect to see solar-powered rpm's anytime soon. |
