Mac/Windows question
On my company website, we have ASF (windows media) music files so clients can audition our music. Today I had someone tell me that they cannot audition the music because they have a Mac. So after work I went down to the local Apple store, and tried several different computers there, and the ASF files play perfectly, so I'm a bit confused. Did Apple just add this functionality recently? Perhaps this person had an older Mac? Can anyone shed some light on this? Here is an example from our website: ASF Example

It's possible that the functionality was added with one of the latest Quicktime updates?
The best solution I have for you, is to provide a LINK to download Flip4Mac, which is a free plug in (codec) for Apple's Quicktime player. It allows Quicktime to play Windows media files etc... Last edited by SuperGreg; 12-27-2007 at 08:47 AM.
