Mercedes GL-Class 4.0 CDI GL 420 (Diesel) Review
This review may be old but i agree with the reviewer on at least 2 points.
Anyone else have any thoughts. Seems to me the X5 Diesel would be a better buy than the Mercedes.
#1 It's hard to see who the company thinks it can justify a £15,000 premium over the M-Class for what amounts to an extra pair of rear seats and a bit more space. (Don't what the premium would be stateside)
#2 Economy isn't great either; the GL 500, for example, averaged just 15.4mpg in our hands - with a 100-litre tank
