NEW YORK (AP) - Two men are in police custody in New York City after they allegedly wheeled a dead man to a check-cashing store to try to cash his Social Security check.

Ok it does not sound like it took a lot of detective work; I still feel that NYC Cops do a great job.

Agreed.
The Boston cops shut down the city last year because of this 'terrorist alert'
