Yay, another example of "Gov't can't properly budget tax money." So I guess raising taxes will solve the problem. I think I have a better chance of learning how to flap my arm and fly.
Hey, look on the bright side. At this rate, Americans will soon have to start driving BMWs with 2 liter diesel engines!
