Macbook Keyboard Help

I'm looking for some advice from the computer gurus on this site.
I have a garden variety black macbook (I know, no air? totally lame ) and the space bar is sticky. sometimes, its just enough to make a sound but it clicks like normal, other times it practically sticks down. I am used to popping the keys off my old powerbook, but I have no clue what to do! I don't even drink or eat near this thing, idk how this could have happened, but hopefully someone has some advice! TIA.

You can buy a compressed air thing that's designed for keyboard use and try to blow away anything that might be stuck down there?

Maybe you need one of these for those times when you're streaming porn.
