My dad is from Nueva Ecija and my mom is from Isabela. Is it your first time to go to the Philippines or the province? You probably don't want to surf in the waters near Manila. I'm not sure if you can even surf with the wave. I don't think the waves are big enough. Maybe you can boogie board when there is a typhoon. Further south like Zamboanga and Visaya have nicer beaches. Some hotels and resorts are as cheap as $20 a week. It's always a good time whenever I go back
