Sorry guys, I wish I had found a loophole but the truth is, mine was a diplomatic import (blue plates).

blueagle, I've been posting in the BMW Phils forum (at least in the area for non-members) since 2004, during my E34 days. Haven't officially joined (meaning I haven't paid the dues) though. Will do so soon!

It doesn't say that you can't... I think the additional requirement is for prior review/approval for a used car to enter the Phils. I guess it means more grease money...
