It's a mild-facelift, the look is already fully dated and this just "updates" it, there are literally 10 in my parking garage, in fact one parks next to me and the Treg is a much sexier suv side by side. The Interior always seems cheap to me but that is just me. I do love all the gizmos thou!

I always have liked the looks of the FX, but when I was shopping for my X5 and I test drove the FX35, it was horrible compared to the X5. It might have been a little faster, but the ride was terribly bouncy with the sports package, and without the sports package it did not handle very good. Unless they have greatly improved the suspension, I doubt I would be interested.

I do not know about replacing the X5 with that vehicle, Nissan's are good vehicles, maybe an additional vehicle, but not replacing. Then again, personal preference.

everytime is see a FX on the road, it reminds me of some little chinese person with those hats..

a friend mine has one of the current ones. Too small on the inside. Very poor heads and knee room. It is very sporty and handles well. But it is not in the same class as the E70 in my opinion.
