I may buy a 1994 840ci..could use advice please

Thinking of buying this 1994 840ci ...

Would appreciate your advice on this car...the owner states it is in very good shape but I read that the M60 engine had problems with high sulfur content in US fuel and that is why they went with an engine upgrade M62 in 1995.

May see it in a day or so but would like to get some input from anyone.
