I have a GameBoy, (actually a few GBs), and one of my games
is a M'cycle race that looks just like that...er, the tiny color
screen on my GB isn't quite that good, but similar.

On a serious note, I see similar riding like that, with some
regularity, back on our Mtn Two Lanes; some riders are
very, very skilled, and some less so. Even on those
basically "empty" roads, it gives me the willies or,
maybe it's just envy over their riding skills and courage.
