Gm is smoking a little themselves.

Toyota has secured rights to the Oldsmobile name. GM is remaining extremely tight-lipped on the issue at the moment while presumably trying to sort out internally what oversight allowed this to happen—and who to can for it.

Apparently no one is working in the legal Dept.

I confess, it got me too but i wasn't going to let on just to see how far it would go. I mean an April fools joke has it's real effect when there are lot's of victims..........
