well, from the looks of the Euro tourists in NYC every summer you're probably good to go with black socks, running shoes or any flavor but at least 5 years old, check shorts and some ridiculous inappropriate shirt, most likely 1 that says I heart NY
 you'll fit right in over there in that outfit oh, and make sure that you walk 4 across on all the sidewalks, slowly, staring up at whatever catches your eye, during rush hour

I'd go with a pair of Nike Air Max 360's for walking or if going out to eat I have a pair of Gucci Driver's I wear

I love Diesel Shoes but their not all that comfy, my Gucci's plain hurt but my favorite Walking Shoes that are NOT my "going running" Nikes are Kenneth Cole's with the Liquid Gel Insert.
