What do you think she will do??

I have no opinion I just wondered what the prevailing opinion is?

Clinton defiant in face of loss.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Hillary Clinton refused to surrender to Barack Obama in the Democratic race for the U.S. presidency on Tuesday or to acknowledge she had reached the end of the road in her bid for the White House.

Rather than concede the loss to Obama, the New York senator told a cheering crowd she would consult supporters and party leaders to decide the future of her campaign.

Clinton praised Obama and vowed to help unite the party to defeat Republican John McCain, 71, in November's election but added defiantly: "This is a long campaign and I will be making no decisions tonight."

She urged supporters to contact her campaign's Web site, saying: "I want to hear from you ... Share your thoughts with me."

On this same evening she told the Associated Press that she would accept a VP position with Obama. Sounds to me like she is leveraging Obama for a spot on the ticket.

Here is Obama's first Presidential Decision. Does he bow down to the pressure and add her to the ticket. Or does he pass and risk alienating half of the Democratic voters who voted for Hillary.

Looks like a lose/lose situation in my opinion. Here she steals his limelight on the night he goes over the top in delegates and leaves her option to stay in open. Interesting as well is all the States Hillary has won in the last two months even though during this time Obama has been the presumptive nominee.

Add to this the recent poll taken in some of the early States which went to Obama asking "if you knew then what you know now about Obama would you have changed your vote". The number of respondents who answered yes means trouble for the Democrats.

If BO wants any chance of winning, he should avoid her like the plague. Don't bad mouth her, but avoid her.

Can you imagine the lime light she would attempt to steal as a VP????? Good Lord.

I think she would be a good VP and a good addition to the ticket.

She doesn't have the integrity, honesty, or common sense to even be a WalMart greeter. She should go quietly into the night......

Jeez, I'm seeing some "hindsight is 20/20"
If she takes it to the convention (I believe she is entitled to this, correct me if im wrong), there will be 2.5 months of the superdelagates realizing what the vote in november may look like. Obama can tie McCain. According to what I've seen, Clinton can defiantly win.

If she was smart, she would run as an independant.

Meaic,

correct me if I'm wrong, but if she runs as an independent, all that's going to do is split the Democratic vote and guarantee a Republican win ??
