The guy had 14 guns ...he shot Gwatney with a handgun and still had two handguns in his truck....why are handguns legal!!!!!! o wait i forgot so that Gwatney would have a chance to defend himself right

Last I checked shooting someone was illegal. I guess you feel that had the guns been illegal he would have had second thoughts about killing someone for fear of breaking the gun laws.
