nope they are not kids !!! but now- thanx god- police is arresting them all ! they are like groups, which they have a special scheduled dates and places to do there stupid stuff ! There is more dangerous than this which u just told me , drifting with the Japanese cars !! if you want to see vids I can search for u
 P.S: not all people do that LOL !! Only some and they are mostly not educated and have limited incomes.
