My primary business is with clinics and hospitals in California. Most of my account revenue is Medi-Cal generated from these accounts and now that the State of California is without a budget I'm without a commission check. California is withholding all Medi-Cal payments until a budget is passed. Who knows how long I'll have to go without collecting my primary income as a result. It's been a couple of months so far and I don't see an end in sight.

That Sucks... I'm not familiar with the issue even though I live in Cali but I hope it gets resolved soon.
