and THAT is why you never buy a car with more than 5-10 miles on it.

That's as ridiculous as it gets.. They're wasting a GTR by drag racing it.

So is that a SA or a sales guy?

I'd have the sales dude who raced my new car pay the $20,000 markup.

Ever hear of this thing called a gentle break in?

You would be amazed how many people pull up next to techs on the streets while we're test driving a customers M3/M5 etc. and want to race it with their honda civic... all I can do is laugh. My favorite thing to do is give them the quick revs of false hope, making them think they got a race... then take off sooo slooow that granny passes me in her crown vic while honda boy is driving off smoking the tires like he has the proverbial "fast civic" What tools!

LoL,

The board members where that post comes from have independently launched an investigation to identify the salespeople who were dragging the car..

In an effort to report it to Nissan so the dealer loses the GT-R franchise.

I realize that Nissan is the current drool/new hope but
those pics from the rear make it look like ol'George Barris
re-did a couple of Impalas.

That guy, (car salesman of the month? ), is sadly
checking out his crummy run time or, his puny paycheck.

I'm with LabGuy on those punques paying the "market
adjustment" ripoff pricing.

I think the GTR is okay looking. Not thrilling, just okay..
But for a $30k premium... NO WAY, NO HOW...

I just finished chatting online with a "live representative" from Rosen Nissan in Milwaukee, because that is where the cars came from. Here is a DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE INTERNET SALES MANAGER:
"hey idiots...these cars are the same color rosen
had two different colors, and yes one of these
is one of the cars rosen had, the other is from
a chicago dealer. both are bought and paid for
all you posers that can't afford a gt-r get your
story straight or stop by rosen to see the one
that they still have there. both cars were pur-
chased by one person and they drove them at the
raceway with a friend. plastic still on the seats
for transport....your story is over sorry!!!"

I confirmed this when I asked if anybody by the name of "Scott Foote" worked at the dealer, and they said "yes".
Here is his comment in context:

Wow...What an idiot of a GM. If that really is him posting I suspect he will be out of a job in the coming days.

Sad indeed.
