Hey mD, say hi to Tiger

He was on CNBC yesterday morning, apparently he's building a course in Asheville. The views looked like those from your deck.

Vig,
Yes, well known over here in western NC. He is the designer of a new "Cliffs" community, of which there
are a few in the western NC/SC area: very noveau-riche and pricey as lots at most of them go from ~ high
$300gs way on up, to a basic $Half Mill to a $Mill plus at Tiger's track. One then "belongs" to all the Cliffs
properties, for the considerable annual nut.

Most of the different Cliffs' communities have not sold as well as the developer thought, as downturn came
along...but, for the very well to do whom are golf/rec fans, they are amazing tracks and areas, though most
are in lower elevations which equal some sizzling summer days.

Tiger's design at High Carolina, (not sched. to open until 2011):

He uses our football stadium to land his chopper, then drives up US-25, too... I thought this was at the one that straddles the NC/SC border, or is there another one?

Meiac/D

The course Tiger is designing is up in western NC, called "High Carolina", east
of Asheville toward Swannanoa, NC, just south of I-40.

There are ~ 8 Cliffs Communities in western NC/Northern SC...
